Not as one thing, no — the Kuiper Belt is a place rather than a sight, and you are already inside it. What you go out and look at are the things in it, one at a time.

Worth knowing about the Kuiper Belt

What it is made of: A second, much bigger 'asteroid belt' -- but made of icy, rocky leftovers instead of rocky ones. Contains Pluto, Makemake, Haumea, and an estimated hundreds of thousands of icy bodies larger than 100 km across, plus countless smaller ones.
What makes it worth knowing: Most short-period comets (ones that return in under 200 years, like Halley) are thought to originally come from this region.
